The current consciousness is acting itself out, as many who claim to be of the Confederation, are induced by the consciouness on this planet to believe that their salvation lies outside of themselves. They believe that the Confederation will come in mass and take control of this planet and take away from humanity all of its pains, struggles, hates and unhappyness.They believe that the Confederation will show itself in mass, as giant ships manifesting into our reality. In this humanity are still like children, looking up to their parents to help them out of a mess of their own creation.
The idea of saving the planet as being propagated by many so called affiliated with the Confederation, is born in the spirit of interventualism. Those who wish to keep control of this planet, those who wish to keep the status quo of dependency of humanity, not wanting humanity to grow up and find their own strenghs and abilities. It is up to us as individuals to choose what we want to believe in. If we believe that our salvation lies outside of ourselves, then it is so, and if we believe that our salvation lies within ourselves then it is so. The Confederation holds the philosophy that human salvation lies within humanity itself, and that we only act as guides and teachers, so that humanity can find its own independence, no matter how long humanity will take to succed. In internal terrestrial conflicts the Confederation is super-partes, we representatives cannot voice against those who prevaricate others, which does not mean that we agree or support them. We can give support to benevolent people who are open to create a better planet, this is allowed.

The creation of a new reality, a new world within the minds of humanity, needs a beginning. A place to start from. To find a mind and dream without hostility, without murder, hate, and death which comes from all the negative thoughts ever thought and acted upon in life, a new road needs first to be made. The map pioneered by the brave, the pure in heart and intent. So that the rest have a choice to take to heart the new reality being created in the here and now or to choose to hold on to the old. Each new dream, each new thought needs a place to be. The seed must be first sown, and cared for before it can grow.
The volunteers are the beginning of the creation of a new reality and a new collective consciousness. The seed. It is part of the functions of the volunteers, those who know who they are, and those who still must awake to their purpose. The pioneers, mapping out a new road, for those who choose to eventually take their place in a new reality called the new earth. A split in the road - to choose the old way or to choose a new way. But for the seed to grow, the old soil must first be cleared, and be made fertile, before it will fully take and grow.

A spirit of non-interference is in play, no one will be forced to take a specific road, no one will be coersed, but will be allowed, as we hold our breath, to choose.
And in this spirit we are enough here and now, and no more is needed. Humanity must choose, it is not up to us to change the outcome, but up to humanity to choose, individually, to change their way of mind and thought, but we will have created an alternative. A new world being created as we speak, but first the old must vent itself until it is finished.
Yes, there is no need of more starpeople to show the path, and to show the path is what we have come to do, spread all over the planet. More would be interference for that purpose.
