yes, is not a case that the child was an earthling, thus applying his freewill, in this case a very good choice.
when u see infringing of free will on a planet by outside beings (or whatever), that is not a good sign, whatever reason it may be

Only a about 11-years old has save about 100 persons because she learnt her lessons of geographie. There was no child of this sort elsewhere (her camrade of school for examples)

I understand your concern, but GLF follows law of non-interference, even in these cases. Only in heavier and global ato-ic threat, and after green lights from the Creator they can intervene.
The same question could be addressed directly to Creator why he/she doesn' intervene in disasters in a more general way (New Orleans to cite one), why so many innocent people must go so early in transition to another place while bad ones many times remain here....
I add that through interventionism could be brought the deception that who is coming is the saviour because is coming in a moment of great despair, only to find after that is the bad ets who are infringing the universal law of non-intervention, using their instruments to bring more slavery.
what is happening is Earth's human people responsibility and free will's effect, thus seems that only in very extreme cases we'll see intervention by the right and good ones, the real Sisters and Brothers from the Golden Light Fleet.
